| 15th ANNIVERSARY SHORT FILM FESTIVAL |
 Because of the festival’s 15th anniversary, an exclusive DVD box set is now available. This box set contains 6 Flemish compilations: the edition “10 Jaar Leuven Kort” (10 Years of Leuven Short) and 5 best of DVDs that appeared during the 5 years that followed. Together more than 70 Flemish shorts and more than 1,000 minutes (approximately 18 (!) hours) of film. “15 Jaar Kortfilmfestival” (15 Years of the Short Film Festival) is available only temporarily (until December 31, 2009) on the Selected Shorts web shop and at the festival’s reception

 DichtVorm is a collection of 15 short animation films, based on contemporary Flemish poetry and di
rected by young Flemish animation fiilmmakers. This eclectic collection of short ilms, executed in a wide
range of animation techniques, is a response to contemporary visual culture and offers a broad view of
the Flemish poetic landscape. The DVD comes with a booklet containing the 15 poems that inspired the f
ilms. Each short film is accompanied by a making of in which the filmmaker discusses his or her work.
